Each apartment has a living room with balcony and a kitchen corner, a bed room and a bath room. The apartments have a total size of about 50 m2. Living room and bed room have their own air condition, equipped with a modern, quiet and econonic type. All rooms including the bathroom have windows and are bright. The first floor (ground floor) is used for parking, the second floor has 2 office rooms. The apartments are located on the third to fifth floor. Because its the only high building in the neighbourhood, you have a wide view from each window. Attention is paid to the details. Each apartment has high speed internet and cable TV outlets in both rooms. There is space for a washing mashine in the bathroom, including water tap and drainage. The balcony is also equipped with a water tap for your flowers. All apartment doors have a peep hole to see your visitors. There are smoke detectors installed. The kitchen has a sink and cupboards. There are furnished and unfurnished rooms available. If requested, we can provide also partly furnished rooms. Furnishing can be adjusted to your needs. On the second floor are two rooms for office use or as a shop available, each one with aircondition and a bathroom.
